Orders within the United States will be processed within 3-6 business days and shipped via USPS. Shipping is free of charge to domestic US orders over $50

International Shipping

International shipping will be processed within 3-6 business days. International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on the package details and destination.

bahay kubo is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by our shipping carriers.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may require additional duties and taxes, these charges differ by country and state. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. 

Delivery address changes

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Once the order has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If your address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. bahay kubo is not liable for items that have been lost due to incorrect shipping address.

RETURNS

You may return your unworn items with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. If received in brand new condition you will be refunded the value of the order minus any shipping costs. Contact us here with your order number and reason for return. info@shopbahaykubo.com

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
